Mr. Uday Patil

Founder

Mr. Uday Patil is founder of Amaey Tech, bringing over two decades of experience in engineering and technology leadership. With string foundation is electrical engineering he has build a carrier at intersection of innovation, system design and strategic management.

Throughout his 20+ year career, he has held various senior engineering and executive roles, successfully leading cross-functional teams, driving product development and delivering large-scale solutions in industrial sectors. His background includes extensive hands-on expertise in electrical systems, manufacturing, automation and management combined with a proven ability to manage complex engineering operations and business units.

Recognized for his forward-thinking approach and strong leadership he founded Amaey Tech with the mission to deliver innovative, cost-effective and result driven engineering solutions using the latest technologies with positive approach and customer first mindset. He continues to guide the company with a vision rooted in technical excellence and scalable growth.

Mr. Tejas Patil

Management Head

Mr. Tejas Patil represents the next generation of leadership at Amaey Tech, continuing the legacy established by his predecessor while bringing a new perspective shaped by a background in mechanical engineering and a focus on innovation, efficiency, and modern engineering practices.

He has developed a strong foundation in product design, manufacturing systems and marketing strategies. Prior to stepping into a leadership role at Amaey Tech. He gained hands-on experience in the field, working on manufacturing industries.

As the next-generation founder, he combines deep technical expertise with a forward-thinking vision, steering the company toward modernization, digital transformation and sustainability. Under his leadership, the company has embraced wide range of engineering sectors to meet evolving market demands.

Our Journey

2014

Founding Year

Established by Mr. Uday Patil with the vision to revolutionize the precision manufacturing industry. Started with the small team and basic infrastructure, focusing on quality and precision.

2017

New Division - Automation

In 2017, after analyzing industry shifts and in response to evolving market demands we started our new Automation Division to offer a custom automation solutions to manufacturing industries.

2018

New Division - Material Handling

In 2018, we become a official channel partner of Carlstahl Craftsman. With this new dealership we started Material Handling Division to supply hoists, rails and crane kits manufactured as per European standards.

2020

Crane Manufacturing

In 2020, we started manufacturing of various crane systems by using Carlstahl Craftsman's crane kits for various industries like machine-shop, foundry, pharma, steel plants, chemical process and many more.

2025

Increasing Market Coverage Through New Dealerships

In 2025, the company strategically expanded its dealership network to strengthen its presence across key markets. By adding new dealerships in underserved market, we enhanced product availability, improved customer accessibility and captured a larger share of the market. New Dealerships: 1) Cleanfix: Swiss made Cleaning Systems 2) Craftsman Storage Systems: Storage and Racking Solutions 3) Nord: German made Drive Systems
